'Brotherdale Smith is a playwright to watch'- Fringe Review

Natasha is a Playwright and Facilitator working in both London and Manchester.

 

'Butterflies' (VAULT Festival, Theatre503, Edinburgh Fringe) was her highly acclaimed debut. Her play, 'I Can't Hear You' (Theatre503) was longlisted for the Women's Prize for Playwriting 2021 and was nominated for a Standing Ovation Award. She was shortlisted for the Channel 4, 4Stories Scheme.

 

Natasha was commissioned to write 'When It Rains' (Edinburgh Fringe 2023), working with the play's young cast to develop a piece of work reflective of young men's experiences.  Her commissioned one woman play ‘Six Of Spades’ premiered in London in 2025, with further performances coming in 2026.

 

Natasha is currently developing new play 'Stuck'.
